  • 3 oz. BĒT Vodka
  • 2-3 drops of Black Walnut Bitters

Shake, then pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.


LE CASSIS!

  • 2 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1/4 oz Crème de Cassis

Build over ice in a high-ball glass.


SUBLIME

  • 2 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 eyedropper Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters

Combine in a shaker, shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.


RUBY ROSE

  • 2 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 2/3 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.


TRUE NORTH

  • 1 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Thyme simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz Ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Peach liqueur

Shake in a tin with ice, strain into Collins glass full of ice. Top with ginger beer and sprig of thyme.


THE FEAT

  • 2 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Cynar Amaro
  • 3/4 oz French (Dry) Vermouth

Stir and strain over ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Express and insert orange peel.


THE RUSH

  • 2 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Espresso
  • 3/4 oz Baileys Irish Cream

Build over ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Finish with Baileys Irish Cream.


THE PADRONE

  • 1 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • Chilled soda water to top up

Combine ingredients in rocks glass full of ice. Twist orange slice to release aromatic oils, insert as garnish. Top with a splash of soda water.


THE CORDIAL

  • 5/3 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Saint Germain Elderflower Cordial
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda water, and garnish with a lime wheel.


THE SPARKLER

  • 1 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz Crème de Cassis
  • Dry sparkling wine

Build in shaker, except for the sparkling wine. Shake to chill and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish liberally with fresh raspberries & blackberries.


VERVE

  • 2 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 3/4 oz French (Dry) Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino

Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express and insert a lemon peel.


LE CHIC

  • 2 oz BĒT Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Lillet Rosé
  • 1/4 oz Aperol
  • 1/4 oz Cranberry Juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
