THE STORY OF BĒT VODKA

From farm field to local cooperative, our sugar beets are harvested and processed into granulated beet sugar, dissolved into water with nutrients, fermented for up to two weeks, distilled no less than three times, blended with filtered water, and passed through active carbon to create a premium-pour vodka.

The taste is smooth on the front with peppered spice on the back, and a hint of vanilla. It’s full of heart and made for sharing.

WE’RE ROOTED IN SUGAR BEETS

The cultivation of sugar beets as a viable agricultural option is attributed to the French, dating back to the Napoleonic era. In the late 19th century, a New Yorker named Henry Oxnard invented the “modern” sugar beet processing standard.

FAST FORWARD A CENTURY

We were inspired by Oxnard’s pioneering spirit to use sugar beets in our premium vodka. It’s our way of honoring the past while providing an innovative taste profile enjoyed by those with discerning taste.
